This is how it works – IT’S SIMPLE

• Call our Customer Services Call Centre on 227-8701, 3 or 4 where one of our knowledgeable staff will answer your call and address your concerns.

• You will then be issued with a reference number which is your receipt and enables both the customer and GWI to track the results of the call.

• Remember you MUST have your reference number handy if for any reason you are following-up on complaints with our Customer Services Call Centre or any of GWI’S officials.

Customers can access our Call Centre Hotline Number Monday to Friday from 08:00h to 16:00h where our knowledgeable and well trained staff is equipped to deal with answers to billing queries, leak reports and acts of vandalism.

Customers can access our automated service after hours, where they can leave messages as it relates to emergency reports. These messages are accessed and reports are promptly addressed.
